I offer a unique benefit to my buyer clients: a 50% share of my net commission received from the seller's side. For instance, if my net commission is $10,000, you, as my buyer client, will receive 50% of that amount, or $5,000. This incentive is a gesture of our partnership, providing you with practical benefits throughout the transaction. Please note that I've used the term "received from the seller's side" to emphasize that the commission is derived from the seller's side, which is a common practice in real estate transactions.1
For Sellers
For my seller clients, I offer a competitive 1% listing commission. I recognize that not every sale is driven by a desire for a substantial profit, and sometimes circumstances may require a sale. This includes resolving financial difficulties or settling estates and other unique personal circumstances that may require a sale. This 1% listing commission is designed to be a reflection of my understanding of these unique situations, offering a more affordable and appealing option for my seller clients.
While my remuneration scales might be low, rest assured that the quality of service I provide remains uncompromised.2
Conditions and Limitations
(1)(2) Not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract.
(1) 50% of my net commission is provided upon successful completion of the transaction and after all funds are received from the listing brokerage and/or closing attorney.
(2) 1% listing commission does not include the commission offered to the cooperating brokerage.
